About the Role
The Data Entry Associate will ensure accurate entry of study data into data management systems and provide administrative assistance to the Data Associate/Project Data Manager on assigned studies.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into source data collection system/clinical data management system
- Check data already entered for accuracy and consistency with original source data
- Ensure quality control of data entry
- Complete, update, and maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems
- Report progress of data entry, data reviews, and query status to the Project Data Manager
- Assist in the timely resolution of data queries
- Support set up and assembly of paper source folders
- Provide support to the Data Associates and Project Data Managers for their assigned projects
- Perform other administrative data management activities as directed and appropriately trained
Requirements
- Employees have a particular responsibility for ensuring the confidentiality of personal information and company data
- All employees are bound to comply with all company policies and standard operating procedures
- Required to update themselves on a regular basis and attend all mandatory training
- Keep updated and maintain your CPD including attending internal/external seminars/workshops etc.
