About the Role
As a Digital Producer, you will produce and edit best-in-class digital content for various Banijay UK titles across multiple social platforms. You will oversee content calendar management, write engaging copy, communicate with stakeholders, and schedule approved content.
Responsibilities
- Own complete digital output of specific IPs on social media across marketing and monetisation priorities.
- Manage digital content end-to-end, from ideation to production, publishing, and insights reporting.
- Creative content ideation for both on-air and archive titles.
- Produce digital content for various audiences across all social media platforms, including video and non-video content.
- Optimize all content for platforms, including metadata, thumbnails, and accessibility standards.
- Attend shoots where necessary to capture marketing content for social use.
- Produce periodical stats reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform quality control and peer-review of work for other producers and editors.
- Engage in community management and audience engagement.
Requirements
- Advanced Adobe Suite experience.
- Excellent editorial judgement for selecting must-see moments.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including trends and functionalities.
- Ability to work collaboratively to develop and produce high-quality content.
- Keen interest in the latest TV shows.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Genuine passion for engaging digital audiences through high-standard social content.
- Creative thinking abilities.
- Experience capturing content on set with talent.
- Digital content production experience is essential.
- Accurate copywriting and tone of voice abilities.
- Confident communication with stakeholders and senior staff members.
- Working knowledge of social platform best practices.
- Excellent time management when working across multiple projects.
