About the Role
Ruby is looking for a personality-driven individual to join their team at Ruby Lucy. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, supporting check-in processes, preparing drinks and snacks, managing breakfast service, and handling goods receiving. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, empathetic, and fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home.
- Support guests with the self-check-in process and perform front desk duties.
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks.
- Manage the breakfast buffet and provide barista services.
- Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage.
- Provide guests with local insider tips.
Requirements
- Ideally, some experience in the hotel industry.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Reliability, multitasking abilities, and a willingness to learn.
- Empathy and enthusiasm for interacting with others.
- A great sense of humor and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Fluent English speaking skills.
