About the Role
Kaseya is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to lead recruitment efforts for Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions, and Product & Technology roles in the Sydney office. This full-cycle, high-visibility position involves partnering with senior leaders, managing searches from intake to offer, representing Kaseya in the talent market, and refining hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and build effective recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and relevant platforms
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while delivering a positive, professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, monitor market trends, and track pipeline health, conversion, and hiring outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years of agency or in-house recruitment experience, ideally within technology or a fast-paced growth environment
- Strong direct sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive talent
- Experience managing the recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple hiring priorities at pace
