About the Role
As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will be an expert in occupational safety, educating our team and advising leaders and employees at our production sites near Berlin and Regensburg. You will define preventive measures, monitor risks, and implement improvement suggestions, including planning and organizing training.
Responsibilities
- Be our expert in occupational safety and bring the topic closer to our team
- Advise our team leaders and employees at our two production sites near Berlin and Regensburg on all matters concerning occupational safety
- Define suitable measures for the prevention and protection against work accidents
- Observe and document health and safety risks in the design of work processes and workplaces
- Create suggestions for improvement and implement them independently; furthermore, the planning and organization of training measures are in your hands
Requirements
- Commercial or automotive industry experience
- Strong knowledge in occupational safety and a solution-oriented approach
- Independent work style, organizational skills, and communication talent are among your strengths
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel to implement projects on-site
- Possession of a Class B driver's license
- Fluent German and English language skills are a must-have
