Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in supply chain areas like operations, planning, procurement, or manufacturing.
- Contribute to or lead a workstream within a project, managing activities to complete deliverables within your remit.
- Contribute as an active member of a core project team, collaborating with individuals from different parts of EY.
- Contribute to the development of proposals showcasing leading practices.
- Engage the market with thought leadership and public profile, contributing to the enhancement of methodologies.
- Work across internal sector and account field of play teams to develop your network and apply commercial and procurement expertise.
- Support the successful delivery of projects by managing work products and contributions to meet time and budget forecasts.
- Help ensure delivery quality exceeds client expectations by effectively managing activities within your remit.
- Maintain a personal development program to continually enhance technical and consulting skills.
- Grow people leadership experience by leading as part of client and internal teams.
Requirements
- Possess practical experience from either a professional services or industry background with developed commercial and procurement experience.
- Have experience in at least one of the technical skills listed and exposure across one or multiple others.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to engage effectively with peers and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, energetic, and self-starting with innovative qualities.
- Able to deliver high-quality work in relatively short timeframes.
- May have professional body membership or qualifications (e.g., CIPS, IACCM) or equivalent.
