About the Role
RB Holdings is seeking a Sommelier to join the Front of House team at Oswald's, a distinguished private members' club and food business in London.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a bespoke food and beverage service.
- Create a seamless journey and outstanding wine experience for guests.
- Provide knowledgeable advice to guests on wine selection in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve all drinks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Sommelier in a high-calibre fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
- Expertise of Old and New World wines.
