About the Role
Pulse is seeking an experienced Band 6 Senior Audiologist for an Adult Audiology Department in East London. This role involves delivering high-quality hearing care to adult patients, including independent hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive adult hearing assessments and diagnostic testing.
- Perform hearing aid fittings, verification, and follow-up appointments.
- Undertake hearing aid repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage an independent caseload while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with departmental protocols.
Requirements
- Degree in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with RCCP, AHCS, HCPC, or relevant professional body.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an NHS Audiology department.
- Proven experience conducting hearing assessments independently.
- Experience fitting and managing hearing aids within an adult audiology service.
