About the Role
As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in our fast-paced environment, you will use your degree to run a business and solve problems for customers, who will depend on you for success.
Responsibilities
- Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
- Manage inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- A valid Class G Ontario driver’s license is required.
- Ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
- Ability to travel into the US for training.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
- Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Willingness to travel as necessary within the district.
- Willingness to work the required schedule.
- Willingness to work at the specific location required.
- Willingness to complete Penske employment application.
- Willingness to submit to a reference check.
