Responsibilities
- Support your store manager in all matters concerning the professional leadership, organization, and motivation of your store team of 20-40 employees.
- Optimize processes behind the scenes and actively participate on the sales floor.
- Handle scheduling and inventory, and represent the store manager in their absence.
- Ensure the implementation of our store concepts together with your team, maintain a well-kept store, and provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with initial leadership experience in a similarly responsible position.
- Willingness to work in flexible shift models.
Skills
- Team player with a high degree of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Strong decision-making skills and results orientation.

- Above-tariff salary plus vacation and Christmas bonus
