About the Role

This role involves managing a team of 50-80 individuals to deliver business solutions for clients, working closely with offshore delivery and COE teams. Key responsibilities include applying strategic and long-term analyses to client needs, meeting service goals, and ensuring end-to-end accountability for service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manages end-to-end service delivery, ensuring objectives are met.
Reviews and resolves issues related to staffing, estimating, client concerns, and operations.
Creates strategic and long-term approaches for client needs.
Collaborates with account teams to identify and develop solution opportunities.
Leverages innovation and works with service delivery/COE resources for solution implementation.
Understands and articulates value propositions and operating models.
Ensures availability of appropriate resources to meet client needs.
Reviews design documents with Solution Architects to accelerate development.
Ensures project delivery with design expertise to support development teams.
Analyzes, designs, and reviews application designs to satisfy customer specifications.
Acts as a liaison between application architects and development teams.
Works with product development teams and senior designers on accurate design requirements.
Assists in technical research and evaluates tools and methodologies.
Develops technical documentation and oversees test-plan development, integration, and deployment.
Participates in business process work sessions and project meetings.
Functions as a domain expert and explains application design to software developers.
Coordinates activities between domain experts and developers to enhance product quality.
Utilizes experience in development methodologies, coding, testing, and industry standards to define project requirements and design solutions.
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Guides less experienced developers in creating and communicating application designs.
Selects and hires employees.
Trains and evaluates employees to enhance performance and development.
Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
Motivates and rewards employees, including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions.
Prepares, recommends, and oversees development of operating and personnel budgets.
Monitors spending against budget plans and recommends variances.
Performs and/or oversees budget analysis.

Requirements

Fluent in both Japanese and English.
10 years of experience in managing and leading a team is a must.
Experienced in managing customer and customer expectations.
Experienced in managing delivery timelines is a must.
Experience working with software design.
Experience working with software development life cycle.
Experience working with development methodologies and implementation.
Experience working with company application development policies and procedures.
Experience working with product systems design principles.
Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software.
