About the Role
We are shaping the future of mobility in Berlin, making the capital sustainable for people and the climate. We are looking for dedicated and motivated bus drivers for our depots.
Responsibilities
- Transport and advise passengers.
- Handle ticket sales.
- Ensure the operational and traffic safety of the bus.
Requirements
- Driver's license class D and a driver qualification card according to BKrFQG (code 95).
- Fit for shift and driving duties, as you will be working in shifts (early, late, and night shifts), Monday to Sunday, and on holidays.
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing (minimum level B2).
- A clean, simple police clearance certificate (can be submitted later).
- Medical fitness examination may be required, including urine test (with drug screening), blood test, physical examination (height 1.62m to 1.98m), and vision test.

Salary/Compensations
- €3,236.79 (Entgeltgruppe 5 Stufe 3 TV-N Berlin) plus €225 driving allowance and up to €80 uniform allowance.
- Night shift supplement (25%)
- Weekend shift supplement (up to 25%)
- Holiday work supplement (135%)
- €2,100 Christmas bonus and €500 vacation bonus annually.
