About the Role
We are looking for several employees for the Academy department in the Omnibus sector. The classification in the TV-N Berlin is based on professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for theoretical and practical training for obtaining the D driving license class.
- Conduct accelerated basic qualification and further training according to the BKrFQG.
- Prepare new employees for exams and for the role of bus driver in public transport in the city of Berlin.
- Support the training and supervision of our apprentices in the skilled worker in transport occupation.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid class D driver's license and a valid class DE driving instructor license.
Skills
- Enthusiasm for imparting knowledge in a structured and understandable manner.
- Enjoyment of personal contact and the development of supervised driving students.
- Open-mindedness and a high degree of communication skills.
- Knowledge of suitable moderation and presentation techniques and the ability to adapt them flexibly to individual requirements.
- Willingness to work at different times of the day.
