About the Role

We are looking for an employee for the Indira-Gandhi-Straße maintenance workshop. The classification in the TV-N Berlin will be based on professional experience. We are the heartbeat of Berlin! Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the technical management of the warehouse for the bus workshop.
You will be responsible for the needs-based planning of consumables and supply of the workshop required for inspection, maintenance, and repair.
As the central point of contact, you will ensure material supply in the workshops and manage it together with logistics and suitable IT systems.
You will take responsibility for the operation and further development of the site and associated processes.
You will ensure smooth warehouse operations in daily maintenance.
You will be responsible for the organization and operational control of logistical workflows.
You will provide technical leadership for warehouse staff, continuously develop employees, and be responsible for the annual inventory check.

Requirements

Completed commercial training as a logistics/materials specialist, freight forwarding clerk, or industrial clerk, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on several years of professional experience in warehousing and logistics.
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
Sound knowledge of material management and logistics.
Confident use of MS Office and SAP (Module MM).
High commitment, sense of responsibility, and very good judgment.
