Responsibilities
- Actively support our team in the analysis and preparation of logistics data, particularly in import, export, and transport.
- Participate in the creation of reports, KPI analyses, and dashboards, utilizing your skills in Excel and Power BI.
- Support the development and optimization of process automations and digital solutions to continuously improve our supply chain processes.
- Work on the creation of presentations and training materials, contributing to internal communication within the international logistics community.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Interest in logistics processes, especially transport and customs topics, with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, automation tools, and data analysis is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, innovation, and modern technologies like Artificial Intelligence for process improvement.
- Structured, self-reliant, and team-oriented work approach.
- Very good German and English language skills.
