About the Role
As a Rental Manager (m/f/d) - Residential Properties, you will be responsible for the successful execution and outcome of rental projects. You will independently manage initial and/or subsequent rentals, ensuring that economic, time, and quality goals are met from project takeover to successful completion. You will significantly contribute to the economic success of our projects and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new construction or existing properties nationwide
- Management and operational support of the entire rental process for larger residential complexes in initial and subsequent rentals
- Regular coordination with clients and property managers regarding goals, tasks, and KPIs
- Analysis of sub-markets and competitive situations to derive rental price recommendations
- Development and management of marketing measures to increase project traffic
- Close collaboration with junior rental managers and potential mentoring with increasing experience
Requirements
- Completed degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in rental management or a comparable project-related environment
- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Understanding of processes, markets, and economic contexts
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of responsibility
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient use of common digital tools and MS Office
