About the Role
As a venue operations manager for RX Japan's exhibitions and events, you will build a secure operational framework for exhibitors and attendees. You will enhance event value through venue layout, decoration, and production, overseeing the entire process from planning and preparation to on-site management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage event operations.
- Plan venue layout, decoration, and production.
- Direct companies involved in decoration, construction, video/audio, and security.
- Manage operations for stages, seminars, and other content.
- Improve and optimize event operational methods.
- Increase operational efficiency and attendee experience using digital tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
- Over 3 years of experience in live event, concert, sports, or exhibition venue operations.
