About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and products according to engineering drawings and bills of materials.
- Conform to test procedures and best practices.
- Manage time accurately and maintain inventory consumption in production jobs.
- Assist in resolving routine manufacturing problems affecting daily operations.
- Propose and recommend improved tools, methods, and practices.
- Work effectively as an individual and within a team.
- Contribute to planning and effective resource allocation in the mechanical assembly production group.
- Plan own work steps in cooperation with other team members.
Requirements
- Relevant trade or engineering qualification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly and testing.
- Experience working in manufacturing environments with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Familiarity with SAP (APO) or similar production/inventory systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
