About the Role
BAE Systems is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to support our Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions group in Austin, TX. In this role, you will integrate with experienced industrial engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver tangible improvements within a high-stakes production environment. This is an opportunity to apply classroom theory to real-world defense challenges and influence the efficiency of critical national security technology. You will participate in BAE Systems' nationwide LEAP Internship & Co-op Program, where you will Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the company.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
