About the Role
You will ensure the reliable operation of a central production area, from raw material preparation through the melting process to the cooling furnace. You will monitor equipment and process values, identify technical deviations early, and intervene decisively in case of malfunctions. This role requires an experienced technical professional who understands industrial equipment, analyzes problems independently, and ensures safe and stable operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control equipment from raw material preparation through the melting process to the cooling furnace, keeping track of relevant process values.
- Identify and analyze technical malfunctions, independently resolve errors, and initiate further measures as needed.
- Perform inspections and minor maintenance and repair work, and participate in technical adjustments and optimizations.
Requirements
- Completed technical or craft vocational training.
- Experience with industrial equipment, ideally in operations or maintenance.
- Good technical understanding and practical experience in troubleshooting, fault resolution, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology is advantageous.
- Forklift and wheel loader license is advantageous.
- Willingness to work full-time continuous shifts.
