About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support donors by accompanying them during their donation.
- Perform medical checks, including blood pressure, pulse, hemoglobin levels, and blood group determination.
- Handle medical devices safely and prepare blood bags for shipping.
- Assist with documentation, appointment scheduling, and general center operations.
- Ensure compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a qualifying lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
- Interest in medical topics, biology, and working with people.
- Meticulous work approach, reliability, and a friendly demeanor.
- Team player with the ability to maintain an overview during high donor volume.

- Annually increasing training compensation according to Haema standard.
