Maximal Security Services is seeking professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services at a staff housing facility in Brooklyn, NY.

Conduct regular foot patrols of the interior and exterior of the facility, checking doors, gates, and restricted areas.
Control access at entrances, verifying identification and credentials for residents, employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
Monitor CCTV camera systems and alarm panels, and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
Maintain a visible, professional security presence and deter unauthorized activity.
Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with post orders, and notify supervision and, when necessary, emergency services.
Assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

Valid New York State unarmed Security Guard license (guard card).
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while on patrol.
Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
Ability to work the assigned shift, including overnight shifts if assigned.
