About the Role
楽天生命保険のサービスに伴う開発を担当し、新しい技術を用いてサービスの改善や基盤の強化を行います。ユーザーに近い立場で、上流から下流工程まで全ての業務に携わることができます。
Responsibilities
- グループ全体のマネージメント作業を実施
- ヘルプ・アカウントチームの管理（業務部門からの問い合わせ対応、権限変更作業、PCキッティング等）
- リリース管理チームの管理（本番環境等のリリース計画や調整作業等）
- 運用チームの管理（障害対応、リリース対応、その他本番環境の保守作業等）
- データ処理チームの管理（本番環境のデータの抽出や更新作業）
- 各チームの業務実施作業や改善活動作業の実施
Requirements
- 運用・保守の経験が5年以上
- 運用要件定義、設計、構築など上流工程の経験が5年以上
- チームなどのマネージメントの経験が5年以上
- 社内SEの経験が5年以上
