About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
- Complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards
- Inspect vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals
Requirements
- A full and valid Australian driver’s licence
- Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
