About the Role
Shape the future of workforce transformation in Australia's largest UKG practice, working across the full UKG Pro WFM ecosystem with a national community of 90+ specialists. Join Deloitte's Human Capital team and help design smarter, more effective workforce solutions in a flexible, hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design UKG Pro WFM solutions as part of large-scale implementation programs.
- Facilitate client workshops.
- Translate complex workforce requirements into practical solution design.
- Advise on configuration across timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, analytics, reporting, and integrations.
- Contribute to a highly skilled consulting team by sharing expertise.
- Support the development of others.
- Stay current on product releases and certifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Consultant or client-side practitioner working with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
- Experience interpreting, formalizing, and communicating business requirements in a functional consultant or business analyst capacity.
- Specialist knowledge in one or more UKG Pro WFM functional areas such as time and attendance, optimized rostering, forecasting, or activities.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when working through complex workforce requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple project deliverables.
- A detail-oriented approach that supports high-quality, accurate solution delivery.
