About the Role
Play a key role in MYOB’s Bedrock Transformation Program, helping build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that support the next evolution of customer and technology platforms. Combine hands-on Salesforce development with technical leadership, working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and integrating Salesforce with platforms like GoTransverse, Stripe, and Genesys. Collaborate with architecture, integration, and data teams, contribute to technical design decisions, and ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and ready to scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and APIs.
- Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events, adhering to architecture, security, and platform governance standards.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and platforms such as GoTransverse, Stripe, and Genesys, using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Contribute to technical design, sprint planning, code reviews, and engineering practices, while mentoring and supporting other developers.
- Support testing and defect resolution across SIT and UAT, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring solutions are production ready.
- Champion strong engineering practices across CI/CD, Git-based version control, automated testing, technical debt, and release management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong capability across Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and API integrations.
- Demonstrated experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with Experience Cloud and Platform Events experience highly regarded.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or MuleSoft.
- Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices, using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Copado, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data management, testing, secure coding, governor limits, and platform best practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across technical, business, and multi-vendor teams.
- Highly regarded: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator certification, and experience delivering large-scale transformation programs.
