About the Role
We are hiring manufacturing assembly operators for our Military Flight Controls Clean Room department, building precise electronic sensor assemblies for military applications. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow defined work instructions while working under a microscope in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years Assembly experience
- Ability to spend extensive time looking in microscope
- Soldering Exp
- Hand to eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work on computers including Microsoft office
- Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity) test at time of hire
