About the Role
As a Full Time Retail Sales Merchandiser (Toys), you will be responsible for visiting retailers (Walmart, Target) within your assigned territory during core business hours to ensure our Spin Master products are available on-shelf, at the right price and at the right time for the customer. This will include stocking shelves, building and maintaining product displays, monitoring the store inventory and selling in product.

- Visiting retailers (Walmart, Target) within your assigned territory during core business hours
- Ensuring Spin Master products are available on-shelf, at the right price and at the right time
- Stocking shelves
- Building and maintaining product displays
- Monitoring store inventory
- Selling in product
- Providing retail insights to Spin Master
- Building relationships with store level management
- Negotiating and selling in product and promotional displays through the Direct to Store Sales Program
- Merchandising and packing out product on the shelf
- Building incremental displays in-store
- Providing accurate data and photos through the retail merchandising app
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a retail field sales merchandiser/representative with big box retail stores such as Walmart or Target
- People person who enjoys working independently
- Strong time management skills
- Organization skills
- Enjoy being part of a retail driven remote team
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle for business use
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable with moving products, cases, display features and pallets
- High level of energy
- Able to stand, kneel, bend/squat, and walk for long periods of time
