About the Role

AI Business Solutions (ABS) is transforming how businesses operate by integrating AI into core processes. This role focuses on partnering with major financial institutions to reimagine business processes, leveraging AI agents and Microsoft's cloud technologies to drive significant business value and achieve end-to-end transformation. The mission is to lead customers through AI Transformation by orchestrating Microsoft's resources and expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead business process transformation starting with AI agents, envisioning new operational models with customers.
Expand AI adoption from individual productivity to cross-departmental business process transformation using Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI/Copilot technologies.
Engage strategically with C-suite executives, business leaders, and IT leaders to identify key business processes for AI transformation.
Drive and manage complex, strategic AI transformation opportunities from value proposition to closing deals.
Orchestrate internal and external resources, including account teams, solution engineers, and partners, to ensure a seamless transformation journey.
Communicate Microsoft's AI transformation vision, highlighting innovations in AI agents, Copilot, Business Applications, and Data.
Manage and develop the pipeline for AI and Business Applications within assigned major financial institutions, balancing short-term results with long-term transformation goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field, with 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent practical experience.
Master's degree (MBA or related field) with 6+ years of technology sales or account management experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of technology sales or account management experience, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in solution selling or services selling.
