About the Role
Lola's Rooftop is bringing an exciting new dining and cocktail experience to NYC, and we’re looking for talented, charismatic Bartenders to join our opening team. We’re not just looking for someone who can make a great cocktail. We’re looking for someone who can create an experience.
Responsibilities
- Preparing classic and specialty cocktails with creativity and consistency.
- Delivering engaging, attentive service to every guest.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Making recommendations and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Working closely with the team to keep service seamless.
- Following responsible alcohol service standards.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, rooftop, or lounge.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- A confident, engaging, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to handle busy service without missing a beat.
- Excellent teamwork, professionalism, and reliability.
