About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, polished, and personable Servers to join our opening team at Lola's Rooftop, a new NYC rooftop destination focused on great food, incredible energy, and making every guest feel welcome.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service.
- Guide guests through food and beverage offerings.
- Make thoughtful recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining excellent service.
- Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
- Create experiences that keep guests coming back.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
- An outgoing personality and passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay polished and professional during busy shifts.
- A team-player mentality and positive attitude.
