About the Role
As a Nike HOI Overnight Retail Supervisor, you will bring retail to life in new ways, leveraging ground-breaking technology and personalized customization to create a true shopping destination. You will be part of a team that supports bold ideas and impacts customer experiences daily.
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
- Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers every day.
- Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
- Make customers feel welcome, cared for, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
- Operate a cash register, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays.
- Attend store events to support teammates.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
