In this role you will own the Surface online shopping experience for the EMEA Microsoft Store, creating and executing merchandising strategies that drive Surface and accessories revenue. You will manage the Surface category pages and buy flows, ensuring every customer can easily discover, compare, configure and buy the right device. You will use personalization and experimentation tactics, together with data, analytics and customer insights, to improve the Surface customer journey and increase conversion, and you will be accountable end to end for Surface onsite merchandising in EMEA.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Store Studio and other regions to develop visual mock-ups for Surface pages and launches, ensuring alignment on imagery, messaging and timing.
- Apply strong project management across a variety of tasks with differing deadlines and priorities, share plans with relevant stakeholders, and manage time effectively to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with Production Operations to determine the launch mode and schedule for Surface launches and page updates, and communicate it to Site Merchandising and other partner teams.
- Lead EMEA site merchandising post-mortems and the consolidation and sharing of best practices.
- Partner with the Site Merchandising Features PM and UX Design/Studio teams to build requirements for improved customer experiences, including new features for templates, navigation elements and wayfinding.
- Orchestrate SEO actions for Surface in EMEA with the global SEO team and EMEA SEO virtual team, optimizing key Surface pages and driving organic traffic.
- Lead the EMEA site merchandising implementation of Surface product launches, refreshes and end-of-life transitions, ensuring timely, effective execution aligned with global strategies, and partner with the Deals and Campaigns merchandiser so Surface promotions land well across the store.
- Use Adobe Analytics fluently to report on and analyze web data, producing meaningful, actionable insights that drive optimizations to campaigns and the web customer experience.
- Design and run statistically significant experiments to reach validated answers, diving into data with confidence to find insights.
- Use personalization and targeting schemas and tools to create experiences tailored to our customers and their needs.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly Surface performance reporting, including analysis of customer behavior and opportunities for improvement, plus ad hoc reporting for launches, promotions and optimizations.
