About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building AI-powered tools for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work closely with customers to understand operational challenges and turn them into reliable software used in the field.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customer operations teams to understand certification, inspection, and compliance processes.
- Lead customer calls, write product specifications, and build end-to-end systems across frontend, backend, data model, and AI layers.
- Own product areas from discovery through production, shipping quickly and improving solutions based on user feedback.
- Use judgment to identify customer needs that can support broadly useful product capabilities.
- Review customer documents, participate in operational discussions, and analyze outputs to develop AI workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
Requirements
- Three to six years of experience in software engineering or product engineering with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Full-stack development experience including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage or founding engineering role.
- Ability to work directly with customers, communicate clearly, and translate real-world workflows into software.
- Strong technical fundamentals and experience outside consulting or professional services environments.
