About the Role
Support the configuration, operation, administration, and continuous improvement of Finance applications, specifically Workday Financials. This role involves working across Finance, Technology, and the broader business to support project delivery and transformation initiatives while maintaining system integrity and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of project changes and enhancements across Workday Financials, including Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center.
- Investigate data exceptions, source system rejects, and processing issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and system efficiency.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders on Finance systems initiatives.
- Support user access, system controls, documentation, and governance activities.
- Support day-to-day operations when required.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials is essential.
- Ideally, experience with Workday Prism and/or Accounting Center.
- 2+ years of experience across Finance Systems, Finance operations, or a related environment.
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and data flows.
- Experience supporting system enhancements, configuration, or continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working across Finance, Technology, and business teams.
- Must provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.
- Must undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.
