About the Role
Soccer Shots is seeking a dependable part-time morning youth soccer coach to lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years old. The role focuses on skill development, character building, and fun, aiming to leave a lasting positive impact on every child and family served.
Responsibilities
- Lead 30-45 minute soccer sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers.
- Teach young children the sport of soccer through an age-appropriate curriculum.
- Engage children in fun, themed soccer sessions within a structured seasonal schedule.
Requirements
- Passion for positively impacting children's lives through sports and fitness.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured OR reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred.
- Must be available weekday mornings (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM) and weekend mornings (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Must be reliable and consistent.

- Must be responsible and organized.
- Must take initiative.
- Must be able to be a "kid" with a silly, goofy, and high energy personality.
