About the Role
You will actively shape exciting and sustainable projects in Berlin and the surrounding area, gain valuable practical experience, and specifically apply your skills in building construction. Support the object monitoring in the area of building services, including construction progress and quality control. Coordinate technical trades and liaise with executing companies and involved parties. Participate in schedule, cost, and quality controlling, as well as project documentation. Assist with site organization and preparation/follow-up of project and on-site meetings. Support technical inventory and analyses, including document review, photo documentation, and result preparation. Accompany quantity surveys and assist with contractually compliant processing and invoicing. Support commissioning, testing, and acceptance processes, and use digital tools for reporting and decision-making templates.
Responsibilities
- Support object monitoring in the area of building services, including construction progress and quality control

Requirements
- Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Services Engineering, Supply and Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable degree program related to construction
- Technical understanding of real estate and its technical building equipment
- Initial knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant DIN-VDE or VDI guidelines
- Proficient use of standard MS Office products
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
- Interest in construction management and building services, and enthusiasm for technical issues, quality assurance, optimization, and sustainable construction
- Analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, communication and teamwork skills, as well as an independent and self-reliant way of working
