About the Role
We are hiring Bartenders for our Lobby Bar! We are looking for individuals with a genuine warmth and helpful nature who understand the importance of a great first impression and enjoy making others smile.
Responsibilities
- Serves beverages to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements.
- Informs guests of daily specials and takes beverage orders.
- Delivers drink orders.
- Monitors tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served.
- Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer.
- Ensures tables are cleaned for each patron.
- Ensures ashtrays are at applicable tables.
- Maintains bar station by keeping area tidy and stocks bar by placing orders as needed.
- Computes bill and accepts payments.
- Tracks sales receipts.
- Completes bar inventory log.
- Ensures tips are reported properly for tax processing.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 0 – 1+ year of customer service experience.
- 0 – 1+ year of similar bartending experience.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Open Availability.
- 21 years of Age or older.
- Eligible to obtain alcohol serving certification.
- High School degree or better.
