About the Role
In this role, you will support the growth of our affiliate program by managing daily partnerships, developing efficient workflows, and contributing to the expansion of our brand's reach and performance. You will also assist in growing our creator network and managing smaller influencer collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily affiliate partnerships.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows.
- Expand brand reach and performance.
- Assist in growing the creator network.

- Monitor the growing affiliate portfolio.
- Ensure optimal management of all partnerships through automated workflows.
- Screen new affiliate applications.
- Set up partnerships in systems like GoAffPro.
- Maintain clean and up-to-date data.
- Serve as the primary contact for affiliates, managing regular communication via email and addressing ongoing concerns independently.
- Create discount codes.
- Ensure correct tracking and accurate affiliate attribution.
- Identify new affiliate influencers.
- Support the management of smaller creators and cooperation partners.
- Contribute to creative projects and organizational tasks within the team.
- Propose ideas for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university, preferably in a marketing-related field.
- Interest in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing, with ideally some prior experience.
- Comfortable working with numbers and details.
- Proficient in Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion, and Gmail is ideal.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive in addressing open issues.
- Communicate quickly, friendly, and professionally with affiliates, influencers, and cooperation partners.
