About the Role

In this newly created role, you will leverage AI and automation to create a competitive advantage by identifying efficiency opportunities across all departments, building solutions, and integrating them into daily operations. Success will be measured by time saved, improved processes, and tangible impact, working closely with the Team Lead Strategy & Operations and driving independent initiatives.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement AI and automation potentials across departments, from initial testing to scaled rollout.
Independently build no-code/low-code automations, AI workflows, and agents using tools like Claude, n8n, or Make.
Analyze operational bottlenecks with departments and redesign end-to-end workflows, focusing on simplification, automation, or elimination.
Measure and optimize time savings, quality, and adoption of solutions until they are fully functional.
Empower teams to use AI independently in their daily work, including establishing standards for AI governance, knowledge sharing, and onboarding.
Define requirements for the development team for solutions exceeding no-code capabilities, retaining responsibility for implementation and business impact.

Requirements

Several years of experience in Operations, Business Process Automation, or Operational Excellence, preferably in e-commerce or a fast-growing scale-up.
At least two successfully implemented automation or transformation projects with a clear problem statement, your contribution, and measurable results.
Proficient in daily use of AI tools like Claude and no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n or Make.
Solid technical understanding of workflows, system integrations, APIs, and data flows without requiring software development expertise.
Proven experience introducing new tools and processes across multiple departments and overcoming resistance.
Very good German and good English language skills are required.
