About the Role
As a Content Multiplier at Rosental Organics, you will transform single shoots into numerous assets and UGC clips into multiple hook variants. Your role is crucial in generating high volumes of diverse content for Paid Social campaigns, ensuring a full week's feed from a single campaign.
Responsibilities
- Produce and multiply photo, video, and motion content for Paid Ads, Social, CRM, and E-commerce, focusing on performance and testing volume.
- Shoot UGC, product, lifestyle, and studio content end-to-end without an assistant.
- Build a scalable AI workflow to transform raw material into dozens of testable variants, including hook iterations, cutdowns, format adaptations, context changes, voiceover variations, and motion loops.
- Develop high-performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, and CRM, optimizing for hook rate, watchtime, CTR, and ROAS.
- Integrate at least 3 new AI tools annually into the existing stack.
- Analyze performance dashboards, extract insights, and translate them into new variants and hypotheses on the same day.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content production for D2C/E-commerce, performance marketing, or a highly dynamic growth environment.
- Proven track record with strong Paid Social cases (Meta, TikTok).
- Portfolio showcasing actual performance results (Hook Rate, Watchtime, CTR, ROAS) and examples of asset multiplication.
- Ability to independently and quickly learn new AI tools.
- Proficiency in shooting, filming, and editing (≥ 85% of the time).
- Expertise with Sony/Canon cameras, studio and natural lighting.
- High-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Deep understanding of Meta funnel logic (Hooks in Sec. 1, Pattern Interrupt, Pacing).
- Ability to create 50+ assets from a single shot without compromising premium aesthetics.
- Ensure AI output never looks like AI output.
- Translate data into structured, direct, and reliable creative decisions.
- German language proficiency (minimum C1).
