About the Role
As VP, you will be responsible for the operational excellence of the company, translating the corporate strategy and vision, reflected in the OKRs, into measurable results, milestones, and KPIs. You will ensure that teams have the necessary prerequisites and resources and are empowered to contribute significantly to the company's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations departments.
- Oversee company OKRs and report directly to the CEO.
- Optimize OKRs company-wide and measurably increase the fulfillment rate per trimester.
- Manage tracking and reporting of the 3-year plan, both overall and by country, and ensure its implementation.
- Make data-driven decisions to scale the company from 8-figure to 9-figure revenue within 3 years.
- Implement structured meeting and reporting processes and sustainably reduce overhead.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as a VP, Managing Director, or equivalent, with OKR-based teams (>=20 FTE or multiple teams).
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally D2C in a start-up/scale-up/SME environment.
- Experience leading scaling organizations and significantly improving operational KPIs (e.g., EBITDA, cash flow).
- Strong understanding of Finance.
- Excellent structured work approach with measurable success in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in OKRs, SOPs, process optimization, and Asana (implementation & adoption).
- High performance standards and a clear D2C & startup affinity (must-have).
- Core expertise in Supply Chain alongside Finance, including experience in optimizing processes and costs.
