About the Role
We are building something new in Berlin: a place where Rosental becomes tangible. Advanced cosmetics, lymph-stimulating massage, Gua Sha, and our care products combine to create a holistic ritual – visibly and tangibly resulting in less water retention, more glow, defined contours, and deep relaxation. You will contribute your cosmetic expertise from the beginning and help shape how effective care feels in the studio.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular cosmetic facial treatments in our Berlin studios during mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Conduct cosmetic skin analysis and skin type determination as the basis for treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including cleansing, exfoliation, deep cleansing, masks, and final care.
- Combine manual lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha, and facial massage with cosmetic devices like our EMS tools, tailored to skin condition and treatment goals.
- Utilize Rosental products strategically based on active ingredients and skin needs.
- Provide guests with concrete home care routines.
- Identify contraindications and recommend medical consultation when necessary.
- Maintain hygiene according to current standards, prepare treatment rooms, and document treatments.
- Collaborate with the team to further develop treatment formats.
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-certified cosmetic specialist or comparable qualification.
- Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in an institute, spa, or studio.
- Solid knowledge of skin physiology and skin conditions (e.g., impure, sensitive, dry, mature skin).
- Proficiency in manual lymphatic drainage, classic facial massage, and deep cleansing.
- Experience with cosmetic devices such as EMS is a plus.
- Willingness to train in Gua Sha or Face Yoga if experience is lacking.
- Expertise in active ingredients (e.g., Vitamin C, Bakuchiol, Squalane) and ability to explain their effects and applications clearly.
- Independent and reliable work ethic with fixed appointments.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- German language proficiency at C2 level.
