This role is the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing bookings, and responding to general inquiries. It's an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, offering career growth potential within a global company.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening.
- Review Avis Budget Group's various add-ons and services to determine suitability for the customer.
- Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
- Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Answer customer questions and inquiries.
Requirements
- A full and valid Australian driver's licence.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
- Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
