About the Role

As an experienced EUC & Digital Workspace Engineer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Project Talent Model (PTM) is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Responsibilities

Support the overall project goals and objectives within an engagement team.
Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members.
Build, run, and support a 100% cloud-native digital workspace, combining engineering across virtual desktops, endpoint management, application control and privilege management, and monitoring.
Provide onsite deskside/walk-up desktop support at office locations.
Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation point for the service desk and act as the technical expert for the EUC stack.
Engage directly with business stakeholders and technology leadership to align delivery priorities and effort estimates.

Requirements

3+ years in EUC, endpoint engineering, VDI, or desktop support/engineering.
Hands-on production experience with Omnissa Horizon (Cloud/DaaS) and App Volumes (app stacks, writable volumes), plus DEM.
Hands-on experience with at least three of: BeyondTrust EPM, Airlock Digital, Netskope, ControlUp, PDQ Connect.
Ability to design solutions and write clear technical documentation.
Ability to travel 10%, on average.
