About the Role

The Oracle Solution Architect Team partners with clients, account teams, and delivery organizations to shape Oracle transformation programs, leading solution strategy, architecture, estimation, and pursuits. This role combines Oracle product knowledge with consulting, communication, and leadership skills to translate requirements into Oracle solutions and lead architecture discussions, design sessions, and strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

Build Oracle solutions that transform clients’ business operations
Design and test Oracle solutions, ensuring processes, integrations, data, reporting, and security work together
Work with project teams and clients to create solutions and transformation roadmaps
Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and executive presentations
Develop trusted client relationships
Support sales pursuits, including solution development, estimation, proposals, demonstrations, and solution reviews
Build Oracle technical, functional, industry, and business expertise

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, leading solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops
Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more Oracle areas, including HCM, AI, or industry solutions
Minimum of 1 years of experience in AI Oracle Agentic AI & industry trends
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Oracle Cloud certifications relevant to your area
Experience working directly with clients
Ability to present solution recommendations and transformation strategies to executive stakeholders
Ability to facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions
Strong consulting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating across sales, consulting, delivery, industry, and technology teams
Ability to work effectively with global teams
