  • Create event-led social content for launches, conferences, and company events, publishing content before, during, and after.
  • Capture CEO and leader engagements at speaking events, including informal conversations and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Accelerate the impact of technical work by partnering with scientists, engineers, and leaders to expand reach through social stories and recruiting content.
  • Build on expertise and existing audiences, preserving individual voices.
  • Create simple ways for colleagues to contribute regularly to grow Normal's audience and reputation.

  • Work that demonstrates a point of view, good audience and channel judgment, and attention to execution.
  • Ability to discuss AI research and hardware with technical colleagues, ask informed questions, and translate expert input into credible, engaging content.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn difficult technical material and make it useful to an audience.
  • A social portfolio showing original content, good judgment about format and audience, and depth in at least one production craft.
  • Experience distinguishing own contributions from collaborators' work.
  • Experience with creators and developer communities is useful.
