About the Role

Join our AI Paralegal startup within an established, successful LegalTech business as a Client Success Manager focused on adoption. You will work directly with product teams to help shape the product and assist law firms in generating revenue from AI Paralegal, widening access to justice.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end implementation experience for new firms, from contract signed through to embedded daily usage and live revenue.
Partner with sales across the full cycle, joining the conversation before the deal closes and staying close after.
Lead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to the firm.
Run targeted outreach after go-live to help firms reach their monthly usage targets.
Run a clean handoff to the engagement team once firms are settled.
Build and refine the implementation process, training, and approach to firms of different sizes.
Bring feedback to product and sales regarding what's working, adoption blockers, and future needs.
Manage multiple implementations in parallel and continuously improve cycle time without compromising adoption quality.

Requirements

3+ years leading client implementations or onboarding, ideally across customer success, professional services consulting, or transformation.
Consultative style with a focus on change management over technical configuration.
Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and on the client side.
Track record of training professionals on new tools and influencing behavioral change.
Ability to build structure where it doesn't exist.
Genuine interest in AI and its impact on professional work.
Ability to measure success by adoption and be motivated by clear targets.
Ability to move quickly and understand the importance of early momentum.
Capacity to run multiple implementations concurrently and communicate clearly.
Confidence in providing client feedback to the product team and setting realistic expectations.
Willingness to travel regularly for onsite client visits.
Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team environment with a collaborative spirit.
