About the Role

Join our Business Service Center team to provide competent and service-oriented support to our businesses. We offer efficient support in all cross-company administrative areas, including order management, project controlling, and invoicing, contributing significantly to our company's success.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact for Deloitte businesses and coordinate all Project Controlling related topics.
Analyze financial factors and coordinate claims and payments with the Billing Team and project managers.
Control and manage projects, identifying financial project risks and acting as a sparring partner for project management staff.
Ensure the quality of supplied and reported reporting and analyses through meticulous checks.
Collaborate with the team on projects/initiatives, create internal documents, statistics, and evaluations, and support the onboarding of new colleagues.
Identify and develop innovative instruments in Project Controlling.

Requirements

Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship and several years of relevant professional experience in Project Controlling, or a university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on finance/controlling or business informatics.
Knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence tools, as well as MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in working with Service Management tools, e.g., ServiceNow.
High level of commitment, very independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working.
Flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with your specialist departments.
Team orientation and reliability.
Very good written and spoken German and ideally English skills.
