Our E.Gluck Holdings division is looking for a Sourcing Coordinator, Watches to contribute to the evolution of our Women’s Watch collections.

Negotiate for best possible cost service guarantee and develop strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models.
Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities.
Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics and performance goals.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
Develop forecasts for future demand and place orders in a timely fashion based upon vendor lead-time.
Manage purchase order entry, maintenance, and tracking with overseas vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
Plan and schedule orders.
Issue product specifications in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements to vendors.
Issue PO packing, labeling, and shipping instructions to vendors.
Communicate with international vendors on a daily basis.
Interact with Design and Sales Departments on product development.
Maintain and follow up on product status calendar for pre-production samples, lab testing, and production approvals.
Track shipments from preproduction to postproduction.

1+ years of experience in Sourcing, including internships.
1+ years of experience in watches preferred.
Mandarin speaking highly preferred.
Ability to manage projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria).
